1937 – founded by the parents of the current owners. South Star then was just a small business venture engaged in the retail of Chinese herbal medicines which was located in Naga City, Philippines. They had a total of 66 store by year 2003.
The company initially developed an in-house system but by the time they already had 66 stores it was becoming increasingly difficult to manage the profitability of each store and maximize their supply chain.
They implemented SAP Business One in 2004. In the beginning just financials but after a year including logistics.

In just 3 years of using SAP together with the diligent implementation of FastTrack, South Star is now able to support 128 outlets, 50 of which are located in various locations in Bicol region while 78 others are located around Metro Manila.

1985 – Andok’s started as a sole proprietorship and opened its first outlet located at Baler, Quezon City. By 2005 the company has grown already to one of the biggest food retail businesses in the country with a total of 220 company owned stores nationwide.
By 2005 the company was already desperate in replacing its manual system for running its operation. It needed a better way of monitoring sales and profitability of its stores on a more timely basis. Andok’s needed a better system infrastructure to support its further expansion and to promulgate its new strategy for the coming years.
October- December 2006, Andok’s Implemented SAP Business One to further its growth and gain better competitive advantage
With SAP Business One and Fasttrack Andok’s is now able to:
*Consolidate Sales per branch on daily basis
*Get a realistic picture of its cost of sales
*Reduce manpower
*Made branches more efficient in inventory

HCG comes 77 years of proud experience. After 12 years in the country, the company has become the leading bathroom fixtures manufacturer in the Philippines. Acknowledging the bathroom’s importance in people’s lives propels HCG to provide products that would make for clean, comfortable and beautiful bathrooms.
Managing a nationwide distribution channel is a challenge because it entails processing large amounts of information simultaneously. They used to have a computerized system but didn’t help much in the business process.
2007 – HCG acquired SAP Business One from FastTrack Solutions to power up their continuous growth.
Because of FastTrack’s competent team of consultants, SAP has integrated HCG’s data system and has resulted in increased efficiency of its deliveries, improved monitoring of financial activities and better generation of reports.

The success of the company’s operation is anchored on its CEO’s mission to provide optimum logistics solution in meeting global customer requirements. Previously, they are using a low cost computerized accounting system but it did not meet the company’s need to continue growing.
As part of CLI’s quality program, they acquired SAP Business One in 2007 to suffice their need for growing.
With SAP’s proven technology, CLI’s warehousing and accounting functions assisted the management in making accurate, fast and efficient decisions for the satisfaction of their clients.
